Antoine Pecqueur s’intéresse ce matin à la Scandinavie. On parle souvent d’un modèle scandinave en terme d’économie, d’éducation.
Qu’en est-il de la culture ? Il y a bien une spécificité scandinave dans l’économie de la culture : ce sont les fondations actionnaires. Il y en a 1350 au Danemark, 1000 en Suède.
Une fondation actionnaire est une fondation qui est propriétaire de l’entreprise : elle possède  tout ou partie des actions et la majorité des droits de vote.
